Ecotourism.

A Planning project issued by Oklahoma State University's Landscape Architecture program. Our assignment is to choose a place with a lack of connectivity through efficient transportation: ie, railways, and provide that needed connectivity. I choose Las Vegas, the isolated, lavish destination city. With my plan, I will introduce ecotourism to the tourist-capital of our nation. This project won an OKSLA merit award in Planning.

From nationally to locally, connections to the existing Amtrak rails are made to the Las Vegas area, allowing wholistic connectivity to the surrounding areas.

In addition to this connectivity, a development is established.. A town center connects the greenway, trails, single-family LID neighborhood, and multi-use developments to the multimodal transportation system. This development is sustainable, family-oriented, and mobilizes connectivity for the city.
